Welcome to Liviu IT Man. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or requesting our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Service Description
Liviu IT Man provides a range of home repair and IT support services including but not limited to: PC and computer repair and maintenance, WiFi installation and troubleshooting, CCTV system installation and setup, General home repair services, and IT consulting and support. All services are provided by qualified professionals in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
2. Service Availability and Service Areas
Our services are currently available in the following areas: Gandia, Oliva, Denia, and surrounding regions on the Costa Blanca. Service hours are typically Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday on request. Services may be subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline service requests if they fall outside our service areas or if resources are unavailable.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our services are provided upon request and may vary depending on the nature of the work, materials required, and complexity of the service. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms will be agreed upon before service commencement. We accept various payment methods including cash, bank transfer, and digital payments. A deposit or full payment in advance may be required for certain services.
4. Warranties and Liability
We provide warranty on parts installed and labor performed according to industry standards, typically 12 months from the date of service. This warranty covers defective parts and installation errors. We are not responsible for: Damage caused by improper use or negligence, Existing hardware or software issues not disclosed prior to service, Third-party software conflicts, Data loss (users should maintain their own backups), or Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Liviu IT Man or its content suppliers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit this content without our express written permission. Any software, tools, or configurations provided as part of our service remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liviu IT Man shall not be liable for: Loss of profits, revenue, or data, Indirect or consequential damages, Business interruption, or Damages arising from third-party services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law and the laws of the Valencia region. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Valencia region for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. We will work with you in good faith to address any concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties may agree to mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation.

11. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule service appointments with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the estimated service cost. Failure to be available at the scheduled appointment time (no-show) without prior cancellation will result in a no-show fee equal to the full estimated service cost. This fee must be paid before any future services can be scheduled. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule appointments at a time convenient to both parties.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for: Providing safe and unobstructed access to the areas where services will be performed, Disclosing any existing issues, damage, or problems with systems or equipment prior to service commencement, Creating backups of important data before any PC repair or maintenance work begins, Providing accurate information about the nature of the problem or required service, Being available during the scheduled service window or designating an authorized representative, and Securing valuables and sensitive items before our arrival. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in service delays, additional charges, or inability to complete the service.
13. Equipment Damage & Pre-Existing Conditions
Liviu IT Man is not responsible for: Pre-existing damage to equipment, systems, or property not caused by our work, Damage resulting from customer neglect or misuse, Damage caused by third-party interference or maintenance, Issues arising from incompatible hardware or software not disclosed prior to service, or Damage that would have occurred during normal equipment operation. Clients are encouraged to document the condition of their systems before our arrival with photos or notes. If you have concerns about pre-existing damage, please notify us immediately at the start of service.
14. Confidentiality & Privacy
Liviu IT Man maintains strict confidentiality regarding customer personal and business information, system configurations, passwords and login credentials, files and data accessed during service, and business operations and sensitive information. We comply fully with GDPR and Spanish data protection regulations. Customer data will never be shared with third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law. All customer information is stored securely and deleted upon request. Our staff is bound by confidentiality agreements and professional ethics standards. Any breach of confidentiality will be taken seriously and may result in legal action.
15. Photos, Testimonials & Portfolio Use
With your permission, we may photograph completed work for our portfolio and marketing materials, use before and after photos on our website and social media, request testimonials or reviews of our services, use your testimonial in marketing (with your written consent), and reference your project in case studies (without identifying information unless approved). We will always ask for explicit permission before using any photos or testimonials. You may request removal of any content at any time by contacting us.
16. Maintenance & Extended Support
Standard service includes installation and initial configuration only. We recommend regular maintenance checks for PC systems (recommended annually), routine inspection of WiFi and CCTV systems (recommended quarterly), and software updates and security patches (client responsibility unless contracted for managed support). Optional extended support and maintenance contracts are available at additional cost. These provide priority service, regular check-ups, and faster response times. Warranty coverage is limited to defects in workmanship and manufacturing defects in installed parts within the warranty period. It does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
17. Third-Party Equipment & Systems
When installing or servicing third-party equipment or systems (such as commercial CCTV systems, WiFi equipment from manufacturers, or pre-installed software), please note: We are not the manufacturer or official support provider, Manufacturer defects and malfunctions are the responsibility of the manufacturer (not Liviu IT Man), We can provide technical assistance but warranty claims must be directed to the equipment manufacturer, We are not liable for compatibility issues between different manufacturers' products, and Some manufacturer warranties may be voided by third-party service. We will provide clear guidance about manufacturer warranties and support channels.
18. Service Quality Standards
Liviu IT Man is committed to: Professional and courteous conduct at all times, Punctual arrival within scheduled appointment windows (or providing advance notice of delays), Proper cleanup of work areas upon service completion, Clear explanation of work performed and any recommendations, Honest assessment of issues without unnecessary upselling, and Respect for customer property and privacy. If you have concerns about the quality of our service, please contact us immediately to discuss the issue. Complaints should be reported within 14 days of service completion.
